Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ICONSWIM pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original sanitary liners and tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the purchase amount will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
